Domains of activity
The International Relations Office has the following responsibilities:
- student and academic staff exchange programs
- coordinating various student-related activities within The Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE) : visas, scholarships, accommodation of exchange students, reimbursement of train fares for students from the Republilc of Moldova and Ukraine
- promoting the University's international relations with similar institutions from abroad
- establishing and maintaining contacts with foreign embassies and international organizations accredited in Bucharest
- writing the travelling documentation for the University's staff traveling abroad
- informing the public about the studying conditions offered by The Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE)
- organizing national and international conferences, symposia and workshops
- welcoming and assisting foreign delegations visiting the university
Studying at The Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE)
To be enrolled as a student at The Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE) you need the following documents:
- The "acceptance letter" to study in Romania . For this you have to go to the Romanian Embassy and to fill out one application form, then you will receive the acceptance letter and you can obtain a visa to come to Romania.
- The high-school graduation diploma (in original and also one copy of it translated and certified by a notary public)
- The birth certificate (in original and also one copy of it translated and certified by a notary public)
- Two photos
- A copy of the passport
- A medical certificate (proving that the person does not suffer from any illness that is incompatible with his/her future career)
